Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and BRANDRANKS BRANDING SERVICES L.L.C S.O.C, a company registered in United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at AL KHABEESI BUILDING PLOT 128-246 - M-02, Dubai, AE ("we", "us"), and apply to your use of Smart TV Remote. By using Smart TV Remote, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Smart TV Remote. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
Using the service
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if it is higher, to use Smart TV Remote. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Smart TV Remote for your own, non-commercial purposes, under these terms.
Purchases
Prices, what each purchase includes and its period are shown before you buy. Taxes may apply as shown at checkout.
Subscriptions
- Through Apple's App Store: a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your Apple account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Free trials and introductory offers: if a subscription starts with a free trial or an introductory price, it continues at the regular price when the trial or offer ends, unless you cancel before then.
- Cancelling: cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Price changes: if the price of a subscription bought through a store changes, the store tells you before it applies and, where its rules require, asks for your agreement.
Refunds
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are refunded by Apple under its policies: you can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumer law gives you, such as the right of withdrawal where it applies.
Apple's terms
If you got Smart TV Remote from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. If it conflicts with these terms, Apple's agreement prevails for the app. Apple is not responsible for Smart TV Remote or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
What you may not do
Do not use Smart TV Remote to break the law or anyone's rights; to harm, harass or deceive others; to send spam or malware; to try to get around its security or limits, copy it, or take it apart except as the law allows; or to use it in a way that harms the service or other users.
Content and intellectual property
Smart TV Remote, its design, text, software and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. What you create or upload stays yours: you give us permission to store, process and show it only to provide Smart TV Remote to you.
Third-party services
Smart TV Remote may use or link to services of others (for example app stores and payment providers). Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or stop Smart TV Remote or part of it. If this affects something you have paid for, you keep the rights the law gives you, such as a refund.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Smart TV Remote is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending these terms
You can stop using Smart TV Remote at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates (AE-DU). Disputes go to the courts of United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when Smart TV Remote or the law changes. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the new terms apply to your use of Smart TV Remote from that date; they never change a purchase made before it.
